The Winterhill Conference Centre is the only purpose-built conference and meeting centre in Milton Keynes. Set in an ideal, accessible location (midway between London and Birmingham, 4 miles from junction 14 on the M1 and only 5 minutes drive from Milton Keynes Station), it comprises 8 attractive meeting / syndicate rooms of various sizes. The rooms have air-conditioning, enjoy natural light and are sound proofed. They can be set up to accommodate many different layout styles.
The Centre's flexible design helps it to meet individual customer's needs and enables it to accommodate between 7 and 70 delegates. It offers exceptional value for money and first class levels of customer care. As well as ample, secure parking, the Centre is accessible and practical for disabled visitors. The meeting rooms can be booked between 8.00 am and 9.00 p.m. and can be equipped to suit specific uses.
The very latest in audio / visual, presentational and other meetings related equipment is available for hire at the Centre. Basic equipment - which is provided as standard in each room - includes an overhead projector, screen, whiteboard, and flipchart. Other in-house facilities, also available to customers, are a sensory lab and a catering kitchen.
Winterhill Conference Centre's greatest strength is that it has an experienced and able team, who are dedicated to providing customers with first class levels of support. This support ranges from help on the day with faxes, e-mailing, photocopying and minute taking to pre-event preparation of name badges, OHP transparencies and PowerPoint slides. This makes Winterhill Conference Centre the complete solution for all presentation / meeting headaches.
A wide variety of high quality refreshments and catering is provided at the Centre. Delegates can begin the day by enjoying an appetising breakfast, be served a delicious lunch (from a choice of 10 menus) and, if desired, end the day by having an ˆ la carte dinner.
The Winterhill Conference Centre also has special links with certain local hotels, which offer Winterhill customers excellent service, at competitive rates. Transport between the Centre and these hotels can be provided and a collection service for delegates arriving at nearby airports and Milton Keynes railway station is also available. In short, the Centre can arrange a complete conference / hotel reservation and transport service for you.
Winterhill Conference Centre feels its main role is to make your stay run as smoothly as possible. Centre staff can help you pre-plan your event, be available to assist you in any way necessary on the day and will then ask you for your opinion on their service following the event - because they care what you think. |
